Final Sale Policy

All items purchased from Love Was Here are final sale. Therefore, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items.

Returns will not be accepted due to sizing issues, as detailed size charts are provided on each product page to help customers select the correct fit.

 

Defective Items

Returns or exchanges are only permitted if an item arrives defective.

If you receive a defective item, please email us at:

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a defective item return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be unwashed

  • Item must be unaltered

  • Item must be free from odors

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • All original tags must still be attached

If the item does not meet these requirements, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Love Was Here reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise is in resellable condition.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for approved returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

We do not offer store credit or credit notes.
